HENE Hard Chrome Processes
Growel's yet another achievement in Hard Chromium plating is by introducing HENE processes. These processes enhance the deposit rate by 100% as compared to the conventional chrome. Growel has crossd another milestone, by offering unique processes in its totality, with bath efficiency of 23% to 26%, having hardness more than 1000 VPN.
High hardness coupled with micro-crack structure (better retention of oil) considerably increases the abrasion and wear resistance of HENE chrome plated components.
Special emphasis has been addressed to design HENE L 600 process to obtain highest degree of corrosion resistance, if applied on multilayer nickel coating and also, to reduce significantly the issue of anode corrosion, which otherwise being reported in case of its other contemporaries. NON-ETCHING
